Step 1: Share Your Contact Information

On our Home Page, fill out the quick contact form:

• Golfer’s Name
• Graduation Year
• City and State
• Comments (optional)
• ✅ No payment required to start.
• ✅ No commitment — just get started with a quick conversation.

Step 2: Receive and Complete the Intake Form

After you submit your contact info, we’ll send you a personalized Google Sheet intake form to gather:

• Tournament history
  
• Academic information
• Rankings and honors
• Fast Facts (height, weight, home course, etc.
• ✅ Organized, easy-to-complete format
• ✅ Helps coaches find key information quickly

Step 3: Project Approval + Payment

Once we review your intake form, we’ll confirm the plan (Basic or Premium) and any add-ons.

If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a secure payment link via Stripe.

✅ Payment only after we approve the project

Step 4: We Build Your Website

After payment is received, we’ll begin building your professional, coach-friendly recruiting website using Notion.

Setup typically takes 7–10 business days from receipt of payment and materials.

Step 5: Review and Approve

We’ll share your draft website in Notion.
You’ll receive an email invitation and can log in with a free Gmail account to comment directly on your site.

Step 6: Launch Your Website!

Once your website is approved, we’ll publish it based on the options you selected earlier during Step 3.

Your site will go live using one of the following:

Option 1: Free Notion Domain

• You’ll receive full edit access.

• You’ll duplicate the site into your own free Notion workspace.

• You’ll publish it using a free Notion link (e.g., yourname.notion.site).

• You are responsible for future updates.

Option 2: Maintenance Add-On ($8/month)
If selected, we’ll continue to update your site with new tournament results, academic info, and other key achievements on your behalf.

✅ You can cancel anytime

Option 3: Custom Domain Hosting
If you selected this add-on, we’ll publish your site to your chosen domain (e.g., johnsmithgolf.com).

• DIY Method: You manage the domain and Notion upgrades yourself

• Let Us Handle It: We handle the domain setup and hosting for $120/year — no Notion upgrade needed
